Join Reiki Master Sharon Button for a introduction to Reiki 1 Healing.  You will learn how to give healing to yourself.  Often used as the first stage of Reiki attunement.

We will explore the origins of Reiki, how to feel energy, self healing techniques, and an uplifting Reiki Healing session to finish.

No experience necessary.

You will receive a certificate on conclusion of the day.
