This afternoon is your chance to, breathe, laugh, relax and remember the incredible woman you already are 💛 Join me for a beautiful, uplifting afternoon where we’ll celebrate everything it means to be a woman. Throughout the afternoon you’ll enjoy experiences such as: 🌸 A beautiful opening Goddess Circle to set your intention for the day. ✨ A deeply relaxing sound journey with the hand pan, drums and chimes to leave you feeling calm, grounded and restored. 🥁 Drumming by me, to help you release tension and celebrate your unique energy. 💃 Gentle movement to uplifting music—no dance experience needed (honestly it’s such a laugh, I may even bring back my F*ck it dancing 💪🏼) 🌿 Create your own Goddess Roller Blend, choosing beautiful essential oils to make a personal pulse-point roller. You’ll infuse it with an intention so that every time you use it, you’ll be reminded of the afternoon. 💛 Heartwarming connection with other women 📝 Time for reflection and journalling, leaving behind what no longer serves you and embracing what you’d like to welcome into your life. 🔮 Oracle cards, crystals and meaningful rituals woven throughout the afternoon. No experience is needed, and you certainly don’t have to think of yourself as “spiritual”. If you’re looking for a few hours to fill your own cup, meet lovely women and reconnect with yourself, I’d love to welcome you.
