Join Tracy Sharman for a beautiful guided meditation to evoke the energy of your Angels & Guides. When we invite their uplifting & healing energy into our cosy room, you can surrender into it, feel supported and wrapped in their loving embrace. This is an opportunity to sit back, close your eyes and let Spirit help you. We all need a break from our lives, to feel looked after and know that we always have help whenever we ask. Our candles will be lit, the room will be cosy and for this hour we’ll shut the door to the outside world. All welcome, no experience of meditation necessary, just the desire to relax.
