It may feel like a way off but let’s set our intention to start 2026 in full alignment! Join us for a one hour immersive Chakra Alignment Dance experience. This session is designed to awaken your energy centres, release stagnant emotions, and reconnect you to Source. Through rhythm, free movement and guided intention, we’ll dance through the seven main chakras, activating the flow of energy through your meridians. Inviting balance, clarity and vitality into every part of your inner being. There’s no set choreography – just freedom to let your intuition and the beat guide you. Let go of inhibitions, surrender to the music and allow energy to move through you. This is your time to express, realign, and return to your natural flow. No experience necessary just an open heart and willingness to move however you desire. Wear your comfy clothes, dare to bare your feet or wear your favourite trainers. Cancellation Policy

Please note for classes, workshops & events - 72 hours notice is required to be eligible for a refund. For all one to one sessions (readings, healing, massage etc) 24 hours notice is required to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will have £1.50 booking fee deducted. Deposits are non refundable. If you are unable to attend, we cannot transfer your place to another session. Please note: If ur up to 15 minutes late, the time will be taken off your session, if you are more than 15mins late the session will be cancelled.
