Healing Yourself & Others Healing Yourself & Others is a powerful, one-day accredited course designed to awaken the innate healing abilities within each person. This immersive training is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with previous healing experience who wish to deepen their skills and understanding of energy-based healing. Participants will learn how to work with energetic intention, visualisation, and hands-on healing techniques to support both self-healing and healing for others. The course also covers aura work, distance healing, crystal integration, and daily energy management practices. Course Duration The course is delivered over a structured three-part journey: One Day In-Person Training A full, immersive training day from 10:00am – 4:30pm covering the foundations of energy healing, self-healing practices, hands-on techniques, aura work, crystals, distance healing, and energy maintenance. Post-Course Case Studies Students are required to complete three practical case studies to demonstrate their understanding: ◦ One self-healing session ◦ One in-person healing session on another person ◦ One distance healing session Final Review Session A short 30 minute 1:1 tutor reflection (via video call, email or in person) is arranged after the case studies. This provides an opportunity to review the student’s progress, answer questions, and confirm readiness for certification.
