Tracy will lead you through a short but beautiful meditation, where you will reconnect back to you, your soul - underneath all the human noise. She will help you understand your life right now, where you want to be and how you get there. These sessions are tailored to your needs, and using her extensive 'toolkit, Tracy will assist you in so many ways. The session can include - - Guided visualisation to connect you back to you. - An Intuitive Energy reading by Tracy to understand where you are in life, your potential & future goals. - Putting you back in alignment, discover what isn’t working for you and why. - Tracy will help you understand your potential and how you can reach it. - Tips & processes for bringing the Law of Attraction effectively into your daily life. After the session you will be given advice on how to keep the process going at home.
