Cancellation Policy

Please note for classes, workshops & events - 72 hours notice is required to be eligible for a refund. For all one to one sessions (readings, healing, massage etc) 24 hours notice is required to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will have £1.50 booking fee deducted. Deposits are non refundable. If you are unable to attend, we cannot transfer your place to another session. Please note: If ur up to 15 minutes late, the time will be taken off your session, if you are more than 15mins late the session will be cancelled.
