Past Life Regression Therapy satisfies the curiosity of those wishing to find out who they once were but also to help recognise, release and heal from their past. This 2 day course is made up of the theory and the practice. Part 1 - Theory. Where are memories found - The subconscious, The Higher Self. Reincarnation - Definitions, beliefs Alternative Explanations - Genetic memory, connection with spirit. Why people want PLR Healing - Irrational fears and phobias, letting go of the past, understanding the impact on this life The session - consultation, clients requirements and expectations. Part 2 - Practice Script - pre written versus intuitively led Alternative journeys - how will you led your client to their past life What can go wrong - drawing a blank, expectations. Resistance - an explanation, protection, how resistance manifests, Journey begins - Now they are someone else, giving them adjustment time, non leading questions. Time to leave - return, heal, let go, reflect Therapy & Healing techniques After care Course length Step 1. Students are required to attend course duration, to understand both the theory and the practice. Step 2. Students are required to undertake 3 case studies, and present notes for each of their PLR sessions. Step 3. Final session Online or face to face. A session with the course tutor to discuss findings, issues and the next steps. On completion of this accredited course, attendees with be able to practice Past Life Regression as a Therapist. About the Tutor - Tracy Sharman is a teacher and co-founder of Talking Spirit. She trained to become a PLR therapist in 2010.
