✨️🌙 Sound bath 🌙✨️ Come and join Verity for a beautiful guided grounding meditation & healing session using pure quartz crystal singing bowls. Each bowl is tuned to one of our energy centres 'Chakras' in our bodies. Verity has also programmed Reiki & Crystal healing within her bowls to create a deeper level of healing. Calm your mind and body. Release negative energy and return to a natural state of calm and wellbeing. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat or something padded to lay on, a blanket, pillow, and an eye pillow if desired. When - Every 1 Sunday of the month. Starts 6th October 2024 Time - 7pm - 8.30pm Where - In the downstairs room of The Clout (opposite our room). Please come to the grey side door and buzz. Cost - £20pp
