This beautiful weekend retreat will focus on inner soul work, healing and energy. A chance to escape, make connections and enjoy peace and quiet. A truly heartfelt weekend, helping you to release the past, connect back to you, heal your inner world and so much more. In this unique retreat created by Tracy Sharman, Clare Teale & Sarah Morton, we will help you to: Clear - We will guide you into a Soul Led Healing session to help you identify what holds you back in life. We will help you to recognise and release past hurts through beautiful guided meditations. Receive hands on healing and be guided on how to heal yourself. Free yourself from the past. Connect - Once you have cleared the internal noise, we will teach you how to connect to your intuition, soul and energy. A beautiful session of coming back to you and sitting in your own unique power. You'll also be shown how to connect with others on the retreat, energy to energy for support and upliftment. Create - The last session of the retreat will focus on how you can now shape your life, make changes, and start to manifest what you truly want. We'll guide you through this process and help you to see your next steps and how you will bring this change into your life. We also invite you a sound bath by Verity on the Saturday evening, to bring peace into your world. Included in the price is: * All food (breakfasts, 3 course lunches, suppers) * Accommodation - Please note there is simple accommodation due to being a Priory. Some rooms have ensuite, but most have access to a shared bathroom. * All workshops and sessions £290 per person - shared occupancy of 2-3 bed room £340 per person - single occupancy When: 15-17th November 2024 3pm on Friday leaving 2pm Sunday Where: Aylesford Friary, Kent A non-refundable £50 deposit secures your booking, with the balance being paid a month prior to the retreat.
