Join Tanya for a Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath and Cacao Ceremony infused with Reiki healing. Tanya plays pure crystal singing bowls which are tuned to resonate with each of the seven chakras, the energy centres in our bodies. When our chakras are fully opened and balanced our vital life force energy can flow, which benefits our mind, body and soul and helps us to realise our full potential. The healing vibrations from the bowls can reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, enhance mental clarity, promote relaxation, offer pain relief and stimulate the immune system. The session will start with a cacao ceremony which can open your heart for a deeper spiritual connection. Tanya is also a Reiki Master and the bowls and cacao are infused with Reiki healing energy for extra healing benefits. You will be lying down for just under an hour so please bring a yoga mat, blanket and a cushion for your comfort, plus water to drink. Wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing and warm layers if it’s chilly. All welcome.
