Spiritual Glow-Up Workshop with Tracy & Ed ✨ Ready to reconnect with who you really are and step into your true energy? Part One – Who Am I? Through simple exercises and sitting in the power, we explore the big questions: Who am I? What do I want my life to look like? Part Two – Self-Acceptance Let go of the need for approval and understand why other people’s opinions don’t define you. Part Three – Your Glow-Up Learn practical tools to keep the transformation going, including guided visualisations and journaling you can use at home. Because when you truly accept who you are, something shifts… You feel different. You look different. Your face shines. Cancellation Policy

Please note for classes, workshops & events - 72 hours notice is required to be eligible for a refund. For all one to one sessions (readings, healing, massage etc) 24 hours notice is required to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will have £1.50 booking fee deducted. Deposits are non refundable. If you are unable to attend, we cannot transfer your place to another session. Please note: If you are up to 15 minutes late, the time will be taken off your session, if you are more than 15mins late the session will be cancelled.
