A chance to slow down, switch off and simply be. Settle into our welcoming space as you’re gently guided through a relaxing meditation, allowing your mind to quieten and your body to unwind. You’ll also enjoy your own one-to-one Reiki healing, giving you the opportunity to rest, recharge and soak up some much-needed nurturing energy. There’s nothing you need to do, nowhere you need to be and nothing expected of you. Just come as you are, get comfortable and let us bring a little magic into your world.
