Usui Reiki I or II Certification Course with Katie. I am looking forward to being able to bring my skills as a Reiki Master to Talking Spirit. This means I can offer a range of Reiki healing treatments designed to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. Alongside individual sessions, I am also able to guide people through Reiki attunements at Level I and Level II, opening the door for others to begin or deepen their own journey with Reiki. I also hold a Crystal Reiki qualification, which allows me to incorporate crystals into Reiki treatments for those who feel drawn to their supportive energies. While I cannot claim to be a crystal expert, I can integrate them in a way that amplifies the Reiki experience, bringing an added dimension of harmony and support. Benefits of Reiki include: deep relaxation, pain relief, speeding up the healing process, clearing emotional blockages, balancing and activating the chakras and increased spiritual awareness and inner peace. In this workshop you will learn about Reiki and its origins. The session also includes - * Energy and how to work with it * Meet your healing guide * The seven Chakras and their purpose * How to give Self Healing * Reiki Healing sessions (a chance to give and receive Reiki with volunteer) You will receive your Reiki I or II certificate at the end of the session. Reiki I is all about you, it’s the first step on your Reiki journey. Reiki I is for learning how to give healing to yourself and your loved ones. If you decide to further your Reiki journey, your next step would be Reiki II where you will learn the Reiki symbols to empower your healing sessions and send Reiki long distance. This level also certifies you to practice Reiki professionally and apply for insurance.
