How much are your services?

All one to one services are £45 for up to an hour with the exception of Soul Led Healing which is £50 for 1hr30mins.

Workshops, events and classes start from £10 and generally range from £35 to £45pp

We do offer freebies such as our monthly tribe meet up (more information on our 'Events' page) and Guided Meditations on our YouTube channel. 

 

How do I book a one to one session?

On the menu above, our sessions are split into 4 tabs -

When you click on each tab, you will see the different team members and the times they are available.

From there you can proceed to booking.  Search for a date or click on the next available slot and follow the next steps.

*Please note we encourage all bookings to be done via our online booking system.  If you are experiencing problems please drop us a message.

We are sorry but we cannot take bookings for the same day, all bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

How do I know which session is for me?

If you are in need of Guidance you may want to explore 'Readings'.  If you feel stuck by the past you may want to discover our 'Healing the past' sessions. Or you may want some hands on healing which is under 'Reiki Healing', or perhaps its time to understand your intuition which can be found under 'Spiritual Development'.

 

Deciding which session or team member is a personal choice.  We find clients are often drawn to the  team member/service they will benefit most from.  We encourage you to read about the services to find the right one for you.

Having trouble making a payment?

At the top of the payment page you can select Express Checkout if you would like to pay by Apple Pay, PayPal and Google Pay.  To use a debit or credit card please scroll down, enter your details and press continue. From here you can select to pay by card or with the other options available.

How do I find you?

An email is sent out 24 hours before your session.  This email gives you all the information you need to find us and suggested places to park.  We are located between the Pad Thai Restaurant and The Bull Pub on the High Street.  Look out for a white building with a green door (to the left of the Pad Thai). Follow the alley and turn left through a grey door.  You will see our little courtyard.

Is there parking?

There is free street parking available around the High Street for one hour.  If you need longer you can choose:

Car Park behind Tesco's (pay and display, cash and RingGo app) up to 4 hours

Ryarsh Lane Car Park (opposite our venue - only available to public from 3pm Mon - Fri and Saturdays. App payments only)

If you are coming for longer than 4 hours please message us and we can advise on where best to park.

 

If I cancel my one to one session am I entitled to a refund?

We understand that sometimes things go wrong and you need to cancel your booking with us.  We can refund you up to 24 hours before your booking (minus the £1.50 website booking fee). Unfortunately we are unable to refund within 24 hours.

Can I cancel / defer my place on a workshop, course or event?

As with with one to one sessions you are able to cancel your place on a workshop or event but timings vary depending on the event.  Please see the cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Generally we do not defer your place to another workshop, course or event if you are unable to make the one you have booked.  Get in touch if you feel you would like to discuss moving yours.
