Have you been feeling ungrounded or unstable in your life? So many factors can contribute to feeling this way, from current to past events (includes past life), menopause, upheaval in your life, grief, depression, anxiety, lack of energy to lower back pain, hip, leg and foot pain. Balancing your Root, Earth Star and feet chakras will help you feel stable and grounded. In this session we will * Discuss reasons why you don’t feel grounded * Enjoy a grounding foot chakra meditation with crystals * 15 minute seated healing session for your Root, Earth Star chakras * 20-25 minute Crown Chakra to Foot Chakra healing cleanse * Learn a daily grounding meditation to do at home You will receive a grounding crystal to take home for your meditation 💛 Available with Sharon Monday to Saturday in our West Malling venue. Price: £50 for 90minutes
